Abstract

【課題】本発明は、表面摩耗量が少なく、動摩擦係数の変化が少ない耐熱性積層コンベアベルトを提供することを課題とする。 【解決手段】アラミド繊維織布にふっ素樹脂ディスパージョンを含浸、乾燥、焼成してなる補強層21と、この補強層21上に形成された,アラミド繊維からなる伸縮性を付与した織布にふっ素樹脂ディスパージョンを含浸、乾燥、焼成してなる耐摩耗層23と、この耐摩耗層23上に形成された,アラミド繊維とPTFE樹脂とを混合してなる混合物シート層24とを具備することを特徴とする耐熱性積層コンベアベルト。 【選択図】 図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant laminated conveyor belt capable of reducing amount of surface wear and reducing change of coefficient of dynamic friction. SOLUTION: This heat-resistant laminated conveyor belt is provided with a reinforcing layer 21 constituted by impregnating fluororesin dispersion into an aramid fiber woven fabric, drying it, and baking it, a wear-resistant layer 23 formed on the reinforcing layer 21 and constituted by impregnating fluororesin dispersion into a woven fabric composed of aramid fibers and provided with expansion and contraction properties, drying it, and baking it, and a mixture sheet layer 24 formed on the wear-resistant layer 23 and constituted by mixing aramid fibers and PTFE resin together.
